For the mama-to-be who wants to know ALL OF THE THINGS leading up to her birth experience! The class is hosted in a private group on Facebook. Once you’ve joined, you have lifetime access. What’s included:

  • Informed consent & autonomy in your decision making

• 2 Zoom calls with me to cover any questions & discuss your options

The course contains 8 weeks of content, but you can work through it as quickly or as patiently as you prefer. There are videos to watch along with educational handouts & worksheets. I recommend joining in your 1st or 2nd trimesters, but it’s never too early or late to educate yourself in pregnancy!
